Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible home improvement products. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Home Improvement Products-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made items, including special orders and modifications.
- Digital goods, such as software or online services.
- Hygiene products, including certain tools and accessories that come into direct contact with personal use.
- Perishable items, such as certain plant materials or chemicals with expiration dates.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in new, unused condition.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Not show signs of wear or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@innohouses.shop. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
